The School of Natural Sciences aims to focus on research and teaching at the undergraduate, postgraduate and Ph.D levels on Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Botany and Zoology. It aims to offer a wider range of opportunities in the areas related to natural science.
The basic science departments of this school were constituted in 2006, for the undergraduate programs in B.Tech and have carried their legacies to enter into the new milestone, Girijananda Chowdhury University. This School will promote interdisciplinary research and encourage the students to think independently and apply their skills across disciplinary boundaries upholding the basic human values of liberty, justice and equality.

The school of Natural Sciencesof Girijananda Chowdhury University provides both UG and PG courses in Zoology, Botany, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics.
