It is an immense privilege to state that with the glorious success stories in disseminating the high quality education in the entire north-east region, the Girijananda Chowdhury University, Assam established the Legal education Centre in 2024. The Centre aims to establish an excellent legal learning centre by demonstrate legal knowledge among the students and built professional competency in the enhancement of their ability to identify independently in the national as well as international aspect.
The Centre offers a robust curriculum that includes undergraduate and postgraduate programs, emphasizing both theoretical and practical aspects of law. With a focus on critical thinking, ethical practice, and social responsibility, the centre equips students with the skills needed for successful careers in the legal field. Facilities include well-equipped classrooms, a modern library, and moot court, legal aid clinic to simulate real-world legal proceedings, enhancing the overall learning experience.
To serve the generation with social responsibility, intellectual genius, moral consciousness by promoting the basic fundamental values of rule of law, diversity and justice and to reach the zenith of legal education.
