Sanswrang Basumatary is a dedicated educator and researcher in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. He obtained his B. Pharm degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health and Sciences in 2020, followed by an M Pharm degree from Assam Science and Technology University in 2022. In April 2023, he embarked on a new chapter as an Assistant Professor at Girijananda Chowdhury University.
At Girijananda Chowdhury University, Sanswrang imparts his knowledge in various subjects, including human anatomy and physiology, pharmacy practice, and pathophysiology. His passion for teaching extends beyond the classroom, as he continually strives to inspire and nurture the next generation of pharmaceutical professionals.

His primary research interests revolve around wound healing, anti-inflammatory agents, and pharmacological activities.
