Mrs.ManjulaKalita is a Assistant Professor in Computer Science & Engineering department under GCU. She joined in the year 2008 in this department. She has four years research experience. Currently she is pursuing PhD under Gauhati University. Her area of research is deep learning on medical data.She has publication on IEEE and peer-reviewed journal.She wrote book chapterfor IDOL under Gauhati University.
She has long teaching experience on various subjects like C Programming, Object Oriented Programming using C++, Data Structure & Algorithm, Operating System, Database Management System, Software Engineering, Distributed System etc.
She has good experience of organizing & conducting Seminar,Workshop, FDP etc. She has the experience of publishing departmental technical magazine for two years.
She has participated in a number of State, National and International level Conferences, Workshops, Seminars, Training Programmes and FDPs. She has paper presentation experience in international conference. She has completed a number of SWAYAM Courses.
She is actively involved in various departmental activity like M.Tech. Coordinator, B.Tech.Semester Coordinator, Project Coordinator etc. She is a life time member of professional bodies like ISTE and ASS. She is a co-coordinator of social welfare club and member of handicraft club & programming club of institute level. She is the NBA programme coordinator of this department from 2022.
Her qualification is M.Sc. in Computer Science from Gauhati University and M.Tech. in Information Technology from Tezpur University. She has first class throughout her educational journey.
