Mr. Girish Chandra Gogoi is presently working as a guest faculty of the Russian language in the department of English and Foreign languages, GCU. Mr. Girish Gogoi has an extensive educational background. He completed his master degree from Patrice Lumumba Peoples’ Friendship University, Moscow, Russia as a mining engineer. At the same time, he was able to complete his another master degree( MA) as interpreter Russian into English and English into Russian from the same University. He has completed his M. Phil in the topic advanced studies of the shield method of under coal mine. After completing his education he started his working life in international business organisations. He spent a total of 26 years abroad. After returning back to his own country he started his life as a Russian language teacher in different educational institutions of Assam, Institute of science and technology, GU and development of foreign languages GU.
