Biography

Dr Smriti Rekha Chanda Das,Associate professor,Pharmaceutical chemistry,Schoolof Pharmacy,Girijananda Chowdhury University.She joined this Institute on 1st March 2008, as Lecturer in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. She completed her PhD in 2020 from Gauhati University. She received CMI Level 5 certificate from Chartered Management Institute (CMI)UNITED KINGDOM, LONDON in the year 2019. She has also received “BHARAT GAURAV PURASKAR” in the field of Pharmacy from KTK Outstanding Achievers and Education foundation on 20th Feb 2022. The Academician has 17 years of experience inteaching,16 international publications, two books and two patents (oneGerman and one Indian Patent).

She was aResource person in AICTE Training and Learning Academy (ATAL) Online Elementary FDP on Leadership and Excellence in Workplace from 25th to 29th October 2021,and AICTE sponsored Two week FDP on “Innovative Teaching Methods and Application of statistical Software in Advanced Research in Science and Technology.’’in 2021.She hasparticipated more than ten faculty development Programs(FDP) and faculty training programs till now.

She is a Life member of Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India(AS/LM/009) and Life member of InPharm Association(320-PM-2009).
