Dr. Anuradha Das (PT) has joined as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiotherapy, School of Allied Health Sciences at Girijananda Chowdhury University, Azara, Guwahati on 16th February 2026. She has completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from College of Physiotherapy and Medical Sciences(under Gauhati University) in the year 2018. She has done her Internship from Rabindranath Tagore International Institute of Cardiac Science, Kolkata. She has also completed her Masters of Physiotherapy with specialization in Cardiorespiratory Disorders from College of Physiotherapy and Medical Sciences(under Srimanta Sankardeva University and Health Sciences) in the year 2021. During her post Graduation she did her 1 month outdoor posting at Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences,Bangalore.She did her thesis titled “An exploratory study on effect of Bihu dance practice on VO2 max and respiratory efficiency in female Bihu dancers in assam among adolescents”. Dr. Anuradha Das (PT) has her own clinic namely “Swasthyasetu Physiotherapy Clinic” at Nalbari, providing quality care physiotherapy services to the patients.She is a member of Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP).
Dr. Anuradha Das (PT) has attended various seminars, workshops, conferences around and outside of Assam. She is a certified Pulmonary Rehab Specialist, Diabetic Rehab Specialist, ICU respiratory physiotherapy specialist, Dyspnea Rehabilitation Specialist. She has attended the National Workshop on “Certified “Pulmonary Rehab Specialist – Evidence Based Advanced Pulmonary Rehabilitation-CPRS” by international health and fitness association ,Bangalore2023. She has provided health care services to the society with free health camps.
