In consonance with the theme of “Global Science for Global Wellbeing” for National Science Day 2023, Girijananda Chowdhury University is organizing a day-long programme to emphasize the importance of scientific temperament, research- based creativity and innovation for coping with 21st century societal demands. Key events include an informative expert talk by Prof. Utpal Bora, Dept. of Biosciences and Bioengineering, IIT-Guwahati; followed by an Extempore Speech competition, an interactive session of the students with entrepreneurs, a plantation drive in the GCU campus, and an IDEA Lab tour.
