Girijananda Chowdhury University has entered into a MoU with the North East Cancer Hospital and Research Institute, Jorabat, GS Road. Through this MoU, both organizations shall engage in research collaboration in the area of Digital Health Care, especially for advancing cancer detection and diagnosis using AI based technologies. Professor Kandarpa Das, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Girijananda Chowdhury University, Professor Dipankar Saha, Registrar GCU, Dr. Minakshi Gogoi of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, GCU and Dr. Munin Barua, Director, NECHRI, and other cancer specialists from the Institute were present during the event at the NECHRI.
