Celebration of the 78th Independence Day at GCU Tezpur with a blend of solemnity and celebration. Prof. Abdul Baquee Ahmed, Principal SOPS, hoisted the National flag, followed by paying tribute to the victim of Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College and Hospital.
The students’ lively performances added cheer to the event, and also Mr. Bedanta Bhattacharjee, Assistant Professor, GCU Tezpur, was felicitated for his significant contributions to research and innovation.
An E-waste bin, a green initiative by the Institute Innovation Council (IIC) and Research and Innovation Cell, was inaugurated to manage electronic waste responsibly.
