An interactive session was organised by the Department of English and Foreign Languages on the 5th of February, 2026. The interaction was held between Honourable Vice Chancellor of Girijananda Chowdhury University, Professor Kandarpa Das and the students of the Department. A holistic account of the experience of students in the Department and the University was taken. Words of encouragement and motivation by Honourable VC Sir in exchange, inspired the students for undertaking broader pursuits in their academic career. The occasion was also graced by respected Dean of Academics, Professor Siddharth Shankar and the faculty members of the Department.
