The School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Tezpur Campus, Girijananda Chowdhury University, Assam, successfully organized a 2-day Hands-on-training cum workshop on Computer-Aided Drug Design with Biovia Discovery Studio Client on 3rd and 4th April 2024.
The event was convened by Mr. Farak Ali, Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, SOPS Tezpur.
The program was commenced by Dr. Dhivya Shanmugarjan, Senior Application Scientist at Altem Technology Pvt. Ltd., focusing on the objectives of the workshop like various modules of DSV used in drug design and development, including protein and ligand preparation, molecular docking, ADMET profile analysis, toxicity profiling, molecular dynamic simulation, and 3D QSAR study.
