Convocation - Girijananda Chowdhury University

Registration:
- Eligible students must register and pay the convocation fee by the notified deadline.
- Bring a copy of the registration slip and valid photo ID on the day.
Dress Code:
- Formal wear is mandatory.
- Convocation gown and hood (provided by the university) must be worn. Collect from the designated counter before the event.
Reporting Time:
- Arrive at the venue at least 2 hours before the ceremony starts.
- Late entry may not be allowed.
During the Ceremony:
- Maintain silence and switch mobile phones to silent mode.
- Photography on stage is restricted to official photographers.
Gown Return:
- Return the gown immediately after the ceremony to get your deposit back.
