Dr. Abhinav Sarma, Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration, Girijananda Chowdhury University, was invited as a Resource Person by the Assam Administrative Staff College (AASC) to conduct two training sessions for ACS Officers and Senior Government Officials of the Government of Assam.
The sessions were delivered on the themes “Transformational Leadership for Effective Governance” and “Ethical Leadership in Public Administration: Ethics, Integrity, and Accountability in Governance.” The sessions focused on strengthening leadership capabilities, fostering ethical decision-making, and enhancing accountability in public service.
The sessions witnessed enthusiastic participation and active engagement from the officers, resulting in meaningful discussions, exchange of experiences, and reflections on contemporary governance challenges. The interactive nature of the sessions contributed significantly to the overall learning experience and underscored the importance of leadership and ethical conduct in effective governance.
