The International Conference on “Bridging Sacred Wisdom and Scientific Vision” was inaugurated at Girijananda Chowdhury University with dignity and global spirit. The session began with the Lighting of the Lamp and the Russian, Indian, and GCU Anthems.

The Chief Guest, Professor Amarendra Kumar Das, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Tezpur University, highlighted collaborative knowledge creation, while Guest of Honour Ms. Ekaterina Tyurina, Vice Consul, Consulate General of Russian Federation in Kolkata, emphasized strong India–Russia academic ties.
