Dr. Abhinav Sarma, Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration, Girijananda Chowdhury University, was invited as a Resource Person by the Assam Administrative Staff College, Government of Assam, to deliver a session on “Institutional Ecosystem for Innovation – Role of Government, Academia, and Industry in Nurturing the Innovation Ecosystem.”
The session was conducted for Government Officials and Assam Civil Service (ACS) Officers of Govt. of Assam. Dr. Sarma emphasized the significance of the Triple Helix Model and highlighted how a collaborative approach among the Government, Academia, and Industry plays a pivotal role in fostering an innovative ecosystem in society.
