Biography

Miss Priyanka Choudhury had joined the Department of Pharmaceutics as an Assistant Professor on 1st Aug 2019. Currently she is teaching subjects including Industrial Pharmacy-1 and Industrial Pharmacy-2. Prior to joining GCU, she was serving as an IPQA officer (Quality Assurance) in Natco pharma from July 2017 to June 2019.

Priyanka has done her M.Pharm from Girijananda Chowdhury institute of Pharmaceutical Science as part of the academic session 2014-2016 and also done B.Pharm from same college. Currently she is pursuing PhD under Girijananda Chowdhury University. During M.Pharm her project work was about Statistical optimisation of Bilayer sublingual tablets of Levocetrizine hydrochloride and Ambroxol hydrochloride.

Apart from her profession, Priyanka is interested in activities such as cooking, reading books working out. She loves trying out recipes during her leisure time and studies different media about health science. She also reads articles about social welfare, mental health and tries to seek answers to the unsolved questions in life. As a sensible citizen, she aims to contribute to the welfare of society and considers this an unspoken duty of every individual.
