Ms. Nargish parbin joined as an assistant professor in the department of Medical Laboratory Technology, School of Allied Health Sciences, Girijananda Chowdhury University, on August 13, 2026. She is currently teaching and guiding the students in the BMLS and MMLS program.
She completed her Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology (BSc MLT) in 2020 with 8.24 CGPA from Assam Down Town University , Guwahati, Assam. During her BMLT program, she completed six months internship program from Dispur Polyclinic Hospitals PVT.LTD. She completed her Master of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology with specialisation in Clinical Biochemistry (MSc MLT- Clinical Biochemistry ) in 2023 with first class from GEA National College Guwahati , affiliated to Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, Assam. During her postgraduation, she did her dissertation on the title “ A Correlation Study of Thyroid Hormones (T3, T4,TSH) With Body Mass Index of patient’’ in which she dis her work at Dispur Polyclinic hospitals PVT. Ltd.
Ms. Nargish Parbin has attended and participated in various seminars, conferences, workshops around assam. She attended 6th National Conference of ICMLS 2025 held on November, 2025 at AIIMS, Guwahati, as a delegate. She was one of the organising committee member of National Medical Laboratory Professionals week 2026, organised by AAMLTA held on july 2026.
Aside from academics , she enjoys gardening, travelling, cooking and exploring new things.
