Ms. Mala Ahmed joined the department of Computer Science and Engineering as an Assistant Professor on 9th August 2019. At present, she is teaching the curriculum courses of Computer Networks, Design and Analysis of Algorithms, Cryptography and Network Security, Principles of Programming Languages, Web Programming, Java Programming, Graph Theory, and Computer Graphics. Prior to this, she was working as a Guest Faculty in the department of Computer Science and Engineering at Girijananda Chowdhury Institute of Management and Technology, Azara. Her research work is mostly in Machine Learning, Image Processing, Speech Processing, and Wireless Sensor Networks. She completed Visharad in Vocal and also completed Visharad Part-I in Kathak from Bhatkhande Sangit Vidyapith, Luckhnow. Apart from these she is the website coordinator of Girijananda Chowdhury University. Till date she has published 3 research papers, 5 book chapters of M.Sc. (IT) 4th Semester for the subject Computer Graphics[KKHSOU], 2 book chapters M.Sc. (IT) 2nd semester for the paper Computer graphics and Multimedia, [GUIDOL] and 1 book chapters M.Sc. (IT) 1st semester for the paper Operating System[GUIDOL].
