Dharitri Sarkar has joined in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering as an Assistant Professor on August 2023. Currently, she is teaching the courses like, Principle of Programming Languages, Web Programming, Computer Application in Business, etc. Prior to GCU, she worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of IT (Vocational), B. N. College, Dhubri where she taught Programming languages like Java, C, C++, Fundamentals of Computer, Data Structure, Operating System, etc.
She completed her B. E. and M. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (with specialization in Artificial Intelligence) from Girijananda Chowdhury Institute of Management and Technology (GIMT) and Assam Don Bosco University, Guwahati in the year 2013 and 2018 respectively. Currently, she is pursuing Ph.D in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP) from Assam Don Bosco University, Guwahati.
Her academic achievement includes Gold Medal in M.Tech, GATE in 2013 and NET lectureship, 2018.
She has participated in a number of National and International Conferences, Workshops, Seminars, Training Programmes, FDPs and PDP.
