Mrs. Anwesha Gayan is an Assistant Professor at the Civil Engineering Department of Girijananda Chowdhury University (GCU). She has received her Bachelor of Engineering (B. E.) Degree in Civil Engineering from Gauhati University in the year 2015. She began her post graduate Degree in the year 2016 from Assam Engineering College (AEC) and received Master of Engineering (M.E.) degree in Water Resources Engineering in the year 2018.
She had joined Scholars Institute of Technology and Management (SITM) in the year 2018 and had worked there as an Assistant Professor for a period of 3 years. In the year 2021, she had joined Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) as a Site Engineer for a period of 1 year. She has been a faculty member (Assistant Professor) in the Civil Engineering Department of GCU since January, 2022.
She is also associated with the Training and Placement Cell of the University and has been the Coordinator for the Civil Engineering Department. She has published several research papers in different journals and conferences.
