Ms. Junmoni Nath joined the Department of Pharmaceutics as an Assistant Professor in September 2023. At present, she is teaching the curriculum courses of Bachelor of Pharmacy. She had a brief stint at NETES Institute of Pharmaceutical Science as an Assistant Professor prior to starting her current job. Prior to that, she spent almost 2.5 years working at NEF College of Pharmacy, Guwahati as an Assistant Professor. She also holds one year of working experience as a Junior Research Fellow (DBT sponsored project) in Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST), Govt. of India.
Junmoni did her M. Pharm. & B. Pharm. from Girijananda Chowdhury Institute of Pharmaceutical Science, Guwahati, Assam. Currently, she is pursuing PhD from Girijananda Chowdhury University, Guwahati, Assam. She has qualified Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) in 2019 conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) and directed by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India. She has attended and participated in many National and International Conferences and workshops.
Alongside her dedication to teaching, she also maintains a keen research interest, further enriching her academic profile. In addition to her academic achievements, she has a passion for singing English songs and a knack for creating engaging video content, particularly through reel creation. She is a devoted and diligent instructor who is committed to providing young people with great education and fostering their development for a better future.
