Mr. Jeetumoni Barman holds the esteemed position of Assistant Professor in the esteemed realm of the Department of Computer Application of Girijananda Chowdhury Institute of Management and Technology (now Girijananda Chowdhury University) in1st August’2011. He teaches the students of Bachelor of Computer (BCA) and Masters of Computer Application (MCA). His area of teaching involves Object Oriented Programming, Java, Python, and Computer Networks etc. Mr. Barman is pursuing his PhD in Computer Science and Engineering in the Computer Application Department of Assam Engineering College, Jalukbari Guwahati. He has completed his Post-Graduation in Master of Computer Application from Assam Engineering College, Jalukbari under Gauhati University and did his Under Graduation i.e. Bachelor of Science with Physics as a Major Subject Arya Vidyapeeth College, Guwahati under Gauhati University. His academic career is very good and consistent. He has two research paper publications in International Journals till date. Before joining Girijananda Chowdhury Institute of Management and Technology (now Girijananda Chowdhury University), he holds the position of Lecturer in NERIM, Guwahati.Assam. Mr. Barman’s research interest includes Data Mining, AI and Machine Learning. Besides teaching, Mr. Barman has a hobby of gardening and loves to plant flowers and trees. As a teacher, he use to motivate his student towards environment protection and passes the message of to planting more and more trees and make a pollution free environment for us and for our present as well as for our future generations.
