The delegates from Russia, Ms. Anna Listova and Ms. Polina Dorozhkina, toured Shillong on 12th Dec, 2024 and visited Shillong Peak, Ward’s Lake, Elephant Falls and NEHU campus.
They enjoyed the local food and the beautiful landscape of Meghalaya. They also took pleasure in donning the traditional Khasi attire at Elephant Falls. They especially appreciated the local market at Police Bazar.
They also engaged with the students of The English and Foreign Languages University, Regional Campus, Shillong. The students shared their enthusiasm and fervour for learning Russian language and culture.
