A Technology Transfer Meet was organised by Ministry of Education and MoE’s Innovation Cell, Government of India for the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) of different institutions across NE region at Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) , Guwahati.
Ms. Gargi Kar Purkayastha,Convenor, IIC, GCU and Mr. Dheeman Bhuyan, Tech Guru, AICTE IDEA lab and member secretary IPR, GCU attended the session.
Mr. Yogesh Brahmankar, Innovation Director, MoE Innovation Cell, Govt of India addressed the session and shared that 12 “Indovation(India+ Innovation) Centers” are set up across the country with one of the centers at Guwahati (near ASTU) for NE region.
These centers aims to reach out to budding entrepreneurs, grass root level ideas and provide access to Incubation centers.
