Participating in a debate competition can be a valuable learning experience, offering both intellectual and personal growth. Debating teaches one to perform under pressure, manage nervousness, and maintain composure even in challenging situations.
Four students of GCU participated in the 12th Rebati Mohan Dutta Choudhury Memorial National level Debate Competition held on 03 April in Assam Engineering College. Bhaswati Florina Kashyap of B. Pharm 4th Semester, Soumya Deep Ghosh of B. Pharm 4th Semester, Arghya Pratim Dey of BBA 2nd Semester and Debasish Kashyap, B. Tech 2nd Semester put forward their views on the topic “Indian Taxpayers receive Adequate Returns for the Taxes they Contribute in terms of Infrastructure Social Welfare and Economic Development”.
Fifteen teams from various institutions across the country participated in the competition.
