Objective: The short video-making competition aims to raise awareness and celebrate the
beauty and importance of wildlife through engaging and creative short films. The theme of the
competition shall be ‘Embrace the beauty of wildlife conservation’, showcasing the beauty and
diversity of wildlife, the challenges they face, and the importance of protecting and preserving
their natural habitat.
Guidelines:
Entrants must create a short film (maximum length: 10 minutes) that explores the theme of wildlife conservation.
The film must feature wildlife in their natural habitats and focus on the importance of protecting and preserving them.
Entrants are encouraged to be creative and original in their storytelling, using different film techniques such as animation, documentary-style, or narrative storytelling
The film can be in any language, but English subtitles must be included if the film is in a language other than English.
Entrants must have ownership or permission to use any music, images, or footage included in their films.
Entries must be original and not have been previously submitted to other competitions.
Submission:
Registered participants must submit their video in digital format (preferably in MP4) via a Google Drive link to this email: [email protected].
Films must be accompanied by a document, including the title of the film, a brief synopsis, and contact information of the entrant.
The deadline for submissions is 18 November, 2024.
By participating in the competition, entrants agree to grant permission for their films to be shared and promoted for educational and awareness purposes related to wildlife conservation.
