This requires more readiness in professionals and companies to stand competition and market demand. I have 14 years of teaching experience. I am a qualified professional in Management and in Design. I am an accomplished designer, marketing professional, and management analyst. My research area majorly is Marketing, Consumer buying behaviour, retailing, education, business ethics, Art, and Handicraft. I believe in expanding my expertise, contributing to society, adopting, and learning new things which could enhance my proficiency and competence as a professional. I enjoy using my industry experience and skills to contribute to my teaching. While working with eminent brands I have experience of launching bands and handling responsibilities from marking research, forecasting merchandise to procurement, developing product lines and market analysis. Worked as Project director (BID) & Senior faculty in Kathmandu college of management (KCM) Siam University, Thailand and as Associate Professor in Royal Thimphu college, Bhutan, I have an exposure working on various successful industry projects giving students opportunity to sensitize with industry working culture.
