Six faculty members from the School of Engineering and Technology, Girijananda Chowdhury University, Alokojjwal Das (Dept. of ECE), Dheeman Bhuyan (Dept. of ME), Shrabani Medhi (Dept. of CSE), Dharitri Sarkar (Dept. of CSE), Uddipan Das (Dept. of CE) and Arindom Ain (Dept. of CA) had been deputed to attend the National Workshop on Technological Advances in Indian Industries organized by the Central Tool Room and Training Center (CTTC) of the Ministry of Medium Small and Micro Enterprises at Bhubaneshwar, Odisha on 15th March, 2024.
The workshop aimed to provide participants with an understanding of the requirements of Indian industries and the state of the art in technological advancements in the fields of Structural Engineering, Robotics, Additive manufacturing and CNC as well as AI and Machine learning.
